Live In Concert March 19, 1974
Label: World Record
True Stereo Digital Vinyl Transfer
This release brings the March 19, 1974, concert (Middle Tennessee State University, Murphy Center) to life. Elvis was in fine form, the audience was ecstatic – and the result is a show full of classics and emotion, including a special version of "Why Me Lord" in which JD Sumner, in particular, is a vocally impressive performer.
Like the other concert release, this one also features beautiful gatefold sleeves with unique visuals and meticulous remastering that delivers the best stereo sound ever.
As an extra, a 45 rpm single of Let Me Be There has been added — exclusively included with this release.
This set contains no fewer than two (!) different gatefold sleeves, each containing an LP. These LPs feature the concerts from March 14th and 19th, 1974. Both LPs are pressed on different colored vinyl. As a bonus, a 45-RPM vinyl single is included, pressed on blue vinyl. Incidentally, this vinyl single has a different sleeve than the 33-RPM LPs. So, truly great value for money. This is a magnificent set!
