Elvis Running To The End CD + DVD
Label: SR Records

To be released at the end of June, Running To The End (SR Records) will focus on Elvis’ March 1976 tour, featuring the evening show from March 20th, 1976, previously unreleased on vinyl and taken directly from the original high-quality tape.

The March 20 Midnight Show was previously released on cd but this is the first time on vinyl format with an incredibly superior sound. The vinyl will be accompanied by a DVD with a complete show using different footage coming from the March tour. A Must have!

The SR intention is to present Elvis at the peak of his possibility and without any doubt Elvis’ first 1976 tour although not in the best shape presents him at the top of his possibilities, delivering great shows. If Rock is an attitude, then the man still has it. The performances are very good and Charlotte's show is surely the best of the tour.

Elvis sings and is still very active on the stage He performs all the songs to the maximum of his possibilities, presenting all the best of his repertoire from the previous years combined with the last 1976 two new songs like Hurt and Anthem America ranging in all musical genres as only he can do.
We are happy to be able to associate great performance with great audio quality and overall a great bonus DVD in order to be able to obtain a result that you can enjoy too.

The show is great and now consists of a solid collection of great-quality songs all well-performed. The range of Elvis’ performance is very wide we go from the rocking with the two classic Polk Salad Annie and Burning Love, the bluesy Steamroller Blues to the dramatic last single Hurt, without forgetting the anthem America and the gospel How Great Song and the autobiographical You Gave Me a Mountain ending with the story of his life Fairytale. However, talking about the best song we like to say that the rockin’ side is still present in Elvis, and Polk Salad Annie never sounded better: both Elvis and the band are pushing strong with Elvis’ swaying arms and karate kicks in complete control of the music.

We’re always tryin’ to give more, We hope of this the new release will be a really great update of your Elvis’ live show collection.
